摘要
本实验以鲜红薯为原料,研究了糖水红薯罐头的加工工艺。实验结果表明,该工艺简单易行,产品质量好,推广后不仅可以增加红薯产值及罐头种类,同时为果品加工业提供了廉价原料。
The technology for making candied sweet potato in sugar solution has been elaborated. The results showed that this technology is easy to operate with high quality of fresh sweet potato. With its extension, the economic value of sweet popato would be increased and the candied food family enlarged. And the friut processing industry will have a new and cheap raw material.
