摘要
首先用有限元法和误差近似等效方法模拟了齿轮啮合时的三种激励 ;然后用有限元法建立了包含齿轮副、传动轴、轴承和箱体的齿轮系统完整的动力学模型 ,反映了传动系统和结构系统的耦合效应 ;并在工作站上用I DEAS软件预估了在齿轮动态激励下齿轮箱的动态响应 ;最后对实际减速器进行了实验研究 ,得到了齿轮箱表面法向振动速度 ,并与有限元计算结果进行了比较 ,吻合良好。
First of all,the excitations of gearing including stiffness excitation,error excitation and meshing shock excitation are simulated by finite element method and error equivalent method.Secondly integrated 3 D FEM dynamic model of gear system including gears,shafts,bearings and box is established.The coupled vibration characteristics for the transmission system and the structure system in gearbox are perfectly described by the model.Then FEM modal analysis is completed on workstation by I DEAS software to predict the vibration responses of gearbox under given gearing excitation.At last,the experimental research on a gear reducer is finished.The root mean square velocity of the box surface vibration is measured.It shows that the experimental results and the FEM analysis results are in good agreement,which lays a necessary foundation for the design of low vibration gearbox.
