在国外当前建构主义教育改革的浪潮中 ,以问题为基础开展学习和教学过程似乎已经成了人们的一条基本的改革思路[1] ,这条思路在基于问题学习 (Problem -BasedLearning ,简称PBL ,也被称为“问题式学习”)的模式中得到了集中体现[2 ] 。这种教学模式对于目前我国开展的继续医学教育很有启迪意义。尝试以问题为基础开展社区医生继续医学教育教学 。
