单肺通气期间超声雾化吸入前列腺素E_1对肺内分流和氧合的影响 被引量:4

摘要 单肺通气(OLV)能给胸科手术提供一个清晰的操作环境,但是,其潜在的低氧血症,给麻醉管理带来困难,为了解前列腺素E1对通气侧肺换气和血流的改善作用,在OLV期间,作者将前列腺素E1经超声雾化吸入,同时对肺内分流率(Qs/Qt)和PaO2等指标进行了观察。
