软树脂全牙列垫的研制及治疗儿童磨牙症的临床研究

The development of occlusal pad of soft resin and the clinical research in the treatment of children's bruxism

目的 探讨解除儿童磨牙症对患者牙体、牙周、颞颌关节等组织损害的有效方法。 方法 采用自行研制的软树脂牙合垫给 96例磨牙症患者配戴 ,观察其疗效 ,并与 82例配戴硬塑料牙合垫者进行比较。 结果 软树脂牙合垫组 :显效 6 8人 ,占 70 .84% ,有效 2 6人 ,占 2 7.0 8% ,总有效率为 97.92 % ;硬塑料牙合垫组 ;显效 5 0例 ,占6 0 .98% ,有效 18例 ,占 2 1.95 % ,总有效率 82 .93%。两组比较差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 软树脂牙合垫有一定弹性 ,起缓冲作用 ,能保护牙齿、牙周、颞颌关节等组织 ,是治疗磨牙症的良好方法。

Objective To explore the effective method of eliminating the tissue damages of tooth,pericementum and temporomandibular joint caused by children's bruxism.Methods Comparision of curative effect was made between 96 cases in the treatment group treated with the self-developed occlusal pad of soft resin and 82 cases in the control group treated with occlusal pad of hard plastics.Results In the treatment group,high effective rate was got in 68 cases(70.84%),general effective rate was got in 26 cases(27.08%),and the total effective rate was 97.92%,In the control group,high effective rate was got in 50 cases (60.98%),general effective rate was got in 18 cases(21.95%),and the total effective rate was 82.93%.The differences in effective rate between the two groups were significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions The occlusal pad of soft resin is elastic and has buffer action.It can be used as an ideal method to protect tooth,pericementum and tempormandibular joint in the treatment of bruxism.
