摘要
目的:探讨螺旋CT仿真膀胱镜(CTVC)在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的应用方法和临床价值。方法:使用GEHispeedCT?i扫描机,对38例可疑膀胱肿瘤患者行平扫、增强扫描后,再延迟扫描(层厚3~5mm,螺距1.5,重建率60%~66.6%),并利用GEAW3.1软件生成仿真内窥镜影像。结果:CTVC准确度为94.4%,特异度为99.9%,敏感度为96%。CTVC对病变形态的显示与纤维膀胱镜(FC)和标本具有良好的对应性。结论:CTVC是一种新的非侵袭手段,有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate the methods and clinical value of CTVC in the diagnosis of bladder tumors.Meth-ods :Thirty-eight patients underwent non-enhanced CT first,followed by dynamic enhanced CT scan,the collimation width was3~5mm,pitch1.5and overlapping rate60%~66.6%were used in delayed CT scan,CTVC was recontracted by Navigator software(GE AW3.1).Results:The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of CTVC were94.4%,99.9%,and96%respectively.The morphology of the lesions on CTVC correlated well with on fibrocystoscopy (FC)and pathologic specimen.Conclusion:CTVC is a new noninvasive method for detection of bladder tumors and has high value in clinical application.
