腹腔镜胆囊切除术的判别函数研究

Research on the discriminant function of laparascopic cholecystectomy

目的 :研究腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)的判别函数 ,用以指导胆囊切除病例在术前确定选用LC或开腹胆囊切除 (OC)的手术方法。方法 :实施 4 0 8例LC ,术前对每一例的 33项指标进行逐一登记 ,术后采用逐步判别分析进行指标筛选 ,求出LC判别函数。结果 :筛选出有判别意义的 7项指标 ,在Bayes准则下求出二个判别函数。回代函数结果 ,总的判别正确率为 95 .1%。结论 :凡胆囊切除术病例只要在术前将 7项指标代入函数中 ,即可在术前确定该病例选用LC或是OC。

Objective:To explore the discriminant function of LC so as to guide us to select the LC or OC.Methods:408 cases of LC were performed and 33 parameters registered individually before operation,then screened with the discriminant analysis in order to get the discriminant function.Results:7 parameters with discriminating significance were screened to get 2 discriminant function under the rules of bayes. The function was validated,the veracity rate was 95.1%.Conclusion:7 parameters are substituted into the function before the cases shall be underwent cholecystectomy. LC or OC will be selected before operation.
