葛根素注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study of Puerarin Injection on the treatment of CHD and angina pectoris.

目的 :探讨葛根素治疗心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性观察。方法 :选择 92例心绞痛患者 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组在内科常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素静点 ,观察二组患者症状缓解情况、心电图变化。结果 :治疗组的心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效分别为 91.3 %和 87% ,对照组分别为 60 .9%和 67.3 % ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :葛根素在治疗心绞痛中疗效显著 ,使用方便、安全。

Objective: To study the effect and safety of Puerarin Injection on the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods: 92 patients of angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given general medical treatment and puerarin Injection.To observe the patients,improvement of symptoms and changes of ECG in the two groups.Results: The effect of angina pectoris and ECG in the treatment group were 91.3% and 87% respectirely,and the ones in comparison group were 60.9% and 67.3% respectirely. There was significant difference (p&lt; 0.05).Conclusion: The effect of puerarin Injection on the treatment of angina pectoris is significant,and it is convenient and safe to use.
