联合用药治疗IUD致异常子宫出血

Clinical Analysis Of United-dose For Treatment Of Abnormal Hemorrhage Of IUD

目的 :探讨IUD致异常子宫出血联合用药效果。方法 :放置IUD1～ 9年后异常子宫出血的病例 40 0例 ,随机分成AB组。A组 3 0 0例采用口服益母草冲剂 ,云南白药胶囊及抗生素 ,B组只服抗生素。结果 :A组 2 77例 ( 92 .3 3 % )、B组 5 2例 ( 5 2 % )获得成功 ,两组成功率有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论

Objective: The efficacy of united-dose to treat abnormal hemorrhage of IUD was investigated.Results: 400 cases of abnormal hemorrhage of IUD from one vear to nine year were randomly divided into A and B groups.Group A with 300cases were treated with Herbaleonuri,YunNanBaiYao capsules and sntibiotic,Group B with 100 cases were treated with antibiotic.Methods: 277cases in group A(92.33%)and 52 cases in group B(52%) were successfully treated.There were significant difference(P&lt;0.05)in successful rate.Conclusion: United-dose treatment could decrease abnormal hemorrhage of IUD.It’s worthy of popularizing.
