椎管内少见肿瘤的MRI鉴别诊断

Differential diagnosis of uncommon intraspinal tumor with MRI

目的探讨椎管内少见肿瘤的低磁场MRI鉴别诊断。方法收集经手术病理证实的椎管内少见肿瘤36例,对其低磁场下成像的信号进行对照研究,总结椎管内脊髓内、硬膜下、硬膜外肿瘤的不同MRI特征。结果36例病例中,髓内肿瘤12例,硬膜下肿瘤15例,硬膜外肿瘤9例,信号强度为:T1WI 脂肪瘤>混合瘤>网状血管瘤>神经鞘瘤>神经纤维瘤>脑膜瘤>胶质瘤。结论低磁场MRI对椎管内少见肿瘤定位容易,根据其MRI信号特征,结合增强扫描部分可做出定性诊断。

ObjectiveTo study the distinguish of low-magnatic MRI in uncommon intraspinal tumor.Methods36 casesof uncommon intraspinal tumour which were confirmed diagnosis by operation and pathology were studied with MRI signal underlow-magnatic. The research of differential MRI characteristics about intramedullary、 subdural space、 epidural tumor weremade.ResultsThere were 12 cases of intramedullary tumor, 15 cases of subdural tumor, 9 cases of epidural tumour in 36 cases.The signal intensity of T1WI were:lipoma>mixedtumor>hemangioma>neurolemmoma>neurofibroma>meningoma>neuroglialtumors.ConclusionsLow-magnatic MRI can locate and determine the nature about uncommon intraspinal tumour accordingto MRI signal characteristics and its finding of enhancement.
