三维超声心动图测量心肌梗塞后左室容量的实验研究

Validation of Three-dimensional Echocardiography for Quantifying Left Ventricular Volumes in Rabbits after Coronary Occlusion

目的 探讨三维超声心动图 ( 3DE)测量急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)后左心室舒张末期容量 (LVEDV)的准确性及其临床意义。方法 应用 3DE分别测量 13只兔AMI后的LVEDV ,同时应用离体注水法测量左心室 (LV)容量。结果 3DE所测LVEDV为 2 .30± 0 .11ml,离体注水法所测LV容量为 2 .2 4± 0 .0 9ml,两者之间高度相关 (r=0 .92 ,P <0 .0 1) ;两均数间差异无显著性 (MD =0 .0 6ml,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 3DE是一种测量左心室容量的检查方法 ,尤其是在节段室壁运动异常引起左心室变形的情况下更为明显。

Objective To validate the accuracy of three-dimensional echocardiography (3DE) for quantifying left ventricular (LV) volumes in rabbits after coronary occlusion. Methods Three-dimensional echocardiography was performed to measure left enddiastolic ventricular volumes(LVEDV) in 13 rabbits 4 hours after coronary occlusion, and the results were compared with those of fluid method. Results Regression analysis demonstrated high correlation between two methods( r=0.92,P <0.01).Mean difference between two methods was not significant(MD=0.06ml, P >0.05). Conclusions For geometrically asymmetric LVs associated with acute myocardial infarction, 3-DE can quantitatively measure LV volumes.
