摘要
目的 观察大鼠一侧大脑中动脉闭塞 (MCAO)后急性期两侧额叶、丘脑、小脑、下丘脑血流星 (regionalcerebralbloodflow ,rCBF)的动态变化。方法 采用线栓法建立大鼠一侧大脑中动脉闭塞模型 ,按实验需要将实验动物分成正常、单纯缺血二组 ;用氢清除法测定两侧额叶、丘脑、小脑、下丘脑脑在MCAO后 1h、3h、6h、2 4hrCBF。结果 正常对照组各相应部位rCBF无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;一侧MCAO后 ,两侧额叶皮层、丘脑、下丘脑、对侧小脑半球rCBF下降 ,MCAO后 1h达最低水平 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,随时间延长 ,rCBF逐渐增加 ,除对侧小脑、下丘脑外 ,其余部位rCBF至MCAO后 2 4h基本恢复正常。结论 一侧MCAO后 ,可引起两侧额叶、上脑、下丘脑。
Objective To observe the alteration of rCBF of bilateral frontal lobes,thalamuses,cerebellums and hypothalamus after unilateral middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)in rat.Methods To establish the MCAO model according to Zea Longa's method,them divide animals to normal group and ischemic group. Measure the rCBF at 1h?3h?6h?24h variably after MCAO.Results There is no significant difference abour rCBF in the different area of the normal group ( P >0.05).After unilateral MCAO,the rCBF of bilateral frontal lobes,thalamuses,hypothalamus and crossed cerebellum decrease,and will reach the lowest at the point of 1h after MCAO( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Ther the rCBF will elate gradually as the time goes,and the rCBF will recover at 24h except crossed cerebellum and hypothalamus.Conclusion After unilateral MCAO,the rCBF of bilateral frontal lobes,thalamuses,hypothalamus and crossed cerebclum alters.
