Through analysis on enterprise core competitive force of the World's 500 largest companies,we can conclude that enterprise culture basing on talent is the vitality to cultivate enterprise core competitive force, technology innovation is the soul to cultivate enterprise core competitive force, system innovation can improve enterprise resource allocation and management innovation can make enterprise core competitive force effective.
