辽河油田射孔状况的检测仅局限于地面对射孔枪实发情况进行目测检测 ,而对于井下射孔具体状况无法验证。针对这种情况 ,研制了油井射孔质量检测仪。该仪器结构合理 ,技术先进 ,可以对井下射孔位置、孔眼数量进行量化检测 ,更加精确判明射孔状况 ,为上产。

Perforation detection in Liaohe oilfield is limited to visual inspection of perforating gun on the surface, and there is no way to verify downhole perforation. For this situation, perforation quality detecting instrument has been developed. This instrument can quantitatively measure the location and amount of perforation, thus providing basis for reperforation.
