Consumers are important subjects in economic activity. They often become the key objects of study of economists. Therefore, the protection of consumers' rights and interests not only reflects the protection of human rights, but also take the study of economics as their theoretical bases. This article aims to study the necessity of protecting consumers' rights and interests from the angles of macroeconomics and microeconomics, expound the state should even more attach importance to the protection of consumers' rights and interests, in order to promote the economic development of our country, and increase the competitive power in international market.
