摘要
文章围绕着商法与商人精神的历史文化联系展开论述 ,商人自主自觉精神的发扬 ,推动整个商法体系处于演化的进程中 ,在这个过程中 ,商法呈现出独立化、法典化、国际化的特性。弘扬商人精神是时代的召唤 ,对于商法体系完善、市场经济建设都具有重要意义。
This article is focused on the connection with spirits of merchant and the merchant law.With developing the conscious spirits of merchant, it will push forward the system of merchant law being in evolution. In this process, the merchant law presents different personalities. It is the era's call to develop merchant's spirits. It will benefit to the system of merchant law and instruction of market economy.
