摘要
文章由对当前人力资源管理发展现状的述评 ,指出人力资源的跨文化管理是2 1世纪人力资源管理的重要课题 ,并提出了进行跨文化人力资源管理的思路。
After making comments on the status of human resource management at present,the author points out that cross cultural human resource management will be an important task to us in the 21th century.Then the paper puts forward the mindset of cross cultural human resource management.In the end,the difficulties in cross culture human resource management are pointed out.
