胞二磷胆碱与血活素治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效比较

Comparison of curative effect of cytidine diphosphate cloline and colcoserly on patients with acute cerebral infarct

目的 观察胞二磷胆碱与血活素治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。 方法 将 189例急性脑梗塞分 2组 ;治疗组10 3例应用胞二磷胆碱 1g加入 0 .9%生理盐水内静滴 14d、1天 1次。对照组 86例 ,应用血活素 2 0ml加入 0 .9%生理盐水内静脉 14d ,1日 1次 ,14d为 1个疗程。 结果 治疗组疗效与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) 结论 胞二磷胆碱与血活素治疗急性脑梗塞疗效相同 ,但治疗组价格便宜 。

Objective Comparison of effect on patients with acute cerebral infarct of cytidine diphosphate cloline and solcoserly in treatment. Methods 183 patients were divided into two groups,The treatment group was dealed with cytidine diphosphate cloling 1.0g(103 cases),The control group was dealed with solcoserly 20ml(86 cases),The drugs were intravenous one time a day,A course of treatment was 14 day. Results There was no singnificant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion The effect of the treatment group was as same at the control group.But it's cheap on price.It's worthy to make promotion and application in clinic accordingly.
