集束电极射频治疗肝癌术后复发11例报告

Effectiveness of radio-frequency ablation with clustered electrode on 11 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

目的 探讨集束电极射频治疗肝癌术后复发的近期疗效。 方法 对 11例肝癌行B超引导下经皮集束电极射频治疗。比较观察治疗前后肿瘤血供变化及近期疗效。 结果 11例病人集束电极射频治疗病灶 19个 ,螺旋CT及彩色超声显示肿瘤内无血供。射频治疗后随访 3个月～ 2年 ,19个病灶均未见肿瘤局部复发。

Objective To evaluate the effect of clustered radiofrequency ablation on patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods 11 patients with recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with clustered radio-frequency ablation from September 2000 to Jury 2002.The variaton of blood supply and short-term effectiveness before and after treatment were analysed. Results 19 lesions were treated with clustered radio-frequency ablation and no blood supply in the tumors observed by using dual-phase spiral CT and color dopplar after treatment.The follow-up result revealed that no local tumor recurrence occurred. Conclusion Clustered radio-frequency ablation is a better procedure for the management of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma.
