摘要
从经济学的角度分析了水的经济特性、水资源浪费产生的原因 ,并在此基础上分析了各种用水水价的组成 。
Viewed from economics this paper analizes the economic characteristics of water and the causes leading to waste of water resources.On this basis the author puts forward the composition of water price for different users and measures to promote the rational utilization of water resources through water price.
