文拉法辛合用小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁性神经症

Venlafaxine combined with sulpiride to treat depressive neurosis

目的 :探讨文拉法辛合用小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁性神经症的疗效与不良反应。 方法 :将我院神经症科抑郁性神经症病例 70例分为两组。研究组 35例 ,使用文拉法辛合用小剂量舒必利治疗 ;对照组 35例 ,单用文拉法辛治疗。疗程 6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表 (HAMD)和副反应量表 (TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。 结果 :两组疗效无明显差异。研究组恶心等不良反应明显为少。 结论 :文拉法辛合用小剂量舒必利治疗抑郁性神经症疗效好 ,不良反应减少 。

Objective:To detect the effectiveness and side effects of venlafaxine combined with small dose of sulpiride in treating depressive neurosis. Method:Seventy patients with depressive neurosis were divided into two groups:one group (35 cases) treated with venlafaxine combined with small dose of sulpiride,and another group (35 cases) treated with venlafaxine only.All patients were treated for 6 weeks.They were evaluated with HAMD and TESS. Results:There was no significant difference on effectiveness between the two groups.There was significantly less patients with nausea side effect in combined therapy group. Conclusion:Venlafaxine combined with small dose of sulpiride to treat depressive neurosis had a better effectiveness,less side effects and better compliance.
