摘要
本文从医院卫生人力成本的概念、研究的内容和研究的方法三个方面对医院卫生人力成本的现状进行了简要的介绍 。
This article briefly introduced the research progress of health manpower cost in hospitals from three aspects: the concepts, the contents and the methods. The existent problems were analyzed.
