摘要
本文通过描述性分析方法与逐步回归分析方法 ,对山东省县级综合医院业务收入变化趋势及其影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明 :县级医院的业务收入在过去20年呈迅速增长趋势 ,年平均粗增长率为18.61 % ,消除价格影响后的实际增长率为11.42 %。影响医院业务收入的因素包括 :年份、医院、奖金类型。
The changing tendency of servicerevenueofcountygeneralhospitalsinShandongprovinceandtherelevantfactorswereanalyzed bydescriptivemethodsandstepwiseregression.It was shown that hospitalservicerevenue during the past 20 years in creasedrapidly,with the rawannualincreasingrate of 18.61 %.The actualincreasingrate was 11.42 %afterpriceadjustment.Thefactorsaffecting hospitalservice revenue included:year of calculation,hospital and bonus type.
