目的 探讨组织协调在医院感染管理中的作用。方法 从掌握国家方针政策、领导重视、专业队伍建设、发挥科主任、护士长作用、提高医护人员医院感染观念等 5个方面论述组织协调的作用。结果 掌握国家方针政策及相关知识是组织协调工作的动力 ;领导重视是组织协调工作的保证 ;加强专业队伍建设是组织协调工作的基础 ;发挥科室主任、护士长职能作用是组织协调工作的关键 ;提高医护人员医院感染观念、控制医院感染发生是组织协调工作的目的。结论 组织协调是医院感染管理的中心工作 ,是贯彻落实《医院感染管理规范》等各项法规的关键环节。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the role of the organizing coordination in hospital infection administration. METHODS To demonstrate the role of the organizing coordination from the five aspects like learning the related policies and regulations issued by the government; recognition from managers; construction of specialized teams; playing the roles of the department chiefs and head nurses and improving the intension on the infections in doctors and nurses. RESULTS It is the motivity to the organizing coordination of mastering the related policies, regulations and the special knowledge; it is the assurance that the managers recognizing the organizing coordination; it is the foundation to set up special teams for the organizing coordination; it is the key work to bring department chiefs and head nurses into play for the organizing coordination; it is the aim to improve the intention. CONCLUSIONS The organizing coordination is the core work for the hospital infection administration and it is the key ring to carry out the codes, like The Regulations On Hospital Infection Administration.
