摘要
禾谷镰刀菌在PS液体培养基中可以产生对小麦具有毒性作用的毒素。不同菌株的产毒能力有明显的差异,经测试的11个菌株中以29号菌株产毒能力最强。禾谷镰刀菌产毒的最适温度为20℃,初始pH值为5~6,光照可抑制毒素的产生,一般培养21~28天达到产毒高峰。试验还表明,培养滤液pH值的变化与毒性的变化有明显的相关性。
Fusarium graminscrum could produce toxins in PS liquid medium which were toxic to wheat. The capacity of toxins production between isolates of F. graminearum was sigificantly different. Isolate No29 was the strongestlin toxigenicity among 11, isolates tested. In liquid medium, the optimum temperature and pH value for toxigenicity of F. gramincrum were 20℃ and pH=5~6 respectively. Light could inhibit toxins production. The toxins production reached its peak 21~28 days after inoculation. It was also found that there was significant correlation between change of pH value and toxin production in liquid medium.
