摘要
随着医学美容业的蓬勃发展 ,涉及医学美容的医疗纠纷也不断增多 ,究其原因既有行业管理上的滞后和失控 ,也透射着医学美容医师的职业素质的严重不足。因此 ,为保证患者权益 ,并推动医学美容健康发展 ,除从法制层面加强医学美容行业管理外 ,提高医学美容医师的职业素质已是迫在眉睫的现实要求。通过对医学美容活动中医患新关系的特点分析 ,探讨了医学美容医师必须具备的伦理学、心理学、美学、医学综合素质。
With the prevalence of medical cosmetology in China, the number of related medical disputes increases sharply. This phenomenon is, on the one hand, due to the tardiness and lack of control in administration and, on the other, reflective of the inadequate professionalism among the practitioners. To protect the rights of the patients and to boost the healthy development of medical, enhancement of the practitioners' professionalism, in addition to strengthened administration, has become an urgent task of the whole profession. This paper analyses the characteristics of the relationship between the doctors and the patients, and explores the professionalism in the medical cosmetology in ethical, psychological, aesthetic and medical terms.
