158株金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性监测与分析 被引量:64

摘要 目的 监测金黄色葡萄球菌的致病性及药敏情况 ,为金黄色葡萄球菌感染提供选药依据。方法 采用K B法药敏试验 ,对从患者标本中分离出的 15 8株金黄色葡萄球菌结合临床相关资料进行分析 ;采用琼脂扩散法对苯唑西林耐药的菌株做耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌 (MRSA)测定。结果 金黄色葡萄球菌对 18种常用抗菌药物总耐药率依次为青霉素 G92 .8%、红霉素 84.2 %、氨苄西林 81.5 %、头孢他啶 77.0 %、复方新诺明 71.2 %、苯唑西林 70 .1%;MRSA的检出率为 6 5 .1%;不同部位分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对同一抗菌药物的耐药率差异有显著性。结论 临床医生在治疗金黄色葡萄球菌引起感染的过程中 ,应根据不同感染部位参考耐药性监测选用适宜的抗菌药物 ,临床上一旦检测出MRSA ,微生物室要根据NCCLS的有关规定修订药敏报告。 OBJECTIVE To detect the pathogenicity of Staphylococcus aureus and in vitro susceptibility with a view of offering references for choosing antibiotics of empirical therapy of bacterial infection.METHODS Using US NCCLS antibacterial disk susceptibility test, the drug-resistance of 158 strain S.aureus from patients was measured. Meticillin-resistant S. aureus from them were detected by using the method of salt agar screen. RESULTS The drug-resistance rate of S. aureus to penicillin is 92.8%,to erythromycin is 84.2%,to ampicillin is 81.5%, to ceftazidime is 77.0%,to sulfamethoxazole is 71.2%,to oxacillin is 70.1%. One hundred and three strain(65.1%) MRSA were detected. There was a significant difference between drug-resistance rates of S. aureus selected from different parts of the body.CONCLUSIONS The clinicians should choose antibiotics according to the drug-resistance of pathogens derived from different parts in aim to cure the infections causing by S. aureus.
