摘要
本文对邻苯三酚自氧化测定超氧化物歧化酶活力的方法做了部分改进,使其操作更简便省时,节省试剂;并对该实验条件下反应的动力学做了初步研究,表明该法比较适合经部分纯化的酶活测定,结果比较稳定,认为是柱层析中大批量活性跟踪的首选方法,可作为自动分析的基础。
The pyrogallol autoxidation assay for superoxide dismutase(SOD)was partly improved to make it simpler,save time and reagents.The kinetics of this reaction was also primarily studied.The results suggested that the assay was suitable to partly purified enzyme,and it was stable.It was considered the first-choosen method for great number of activity trace in column chromatography and might be- come the basis of automatic analysis of superoxide dismutase.
