摘要
针对串联式IGBT串联谐振感应钎焊电源设计中的一些问题进行了分析讨论 ,成功地研制开发出一台 6 0kW全桥式IGBT串联谐振感应钎焊电源 ,与传统真空电子管式感应钎焊电源相比 ,其效率高、体积小、重量轻、操作方便、控制精度高、工作稳定可靠。本文对其结构、工作原理和控制系统进行了较为详细的介绍。
The design problem of series induction brazing power source of IGBT series resonance is discussed, and a 60 kW series induction brazing power source of IGBT series resonance is developed successfully. By comparison to the traditional induction brazing power source using vacuum tube, the power source have the merits of high efficiency,small volume,light weight, convenient control,high control precision and safe work stability. The structure, operating principle and control system of the power source are also introduced.$$$$
