摘要 将光纤布喇格光栅封装于一种有机聚合物基底中 ,对其温度特性进行了研究 ,测量了 2 0~ 10 0℃不同温度下光纤光栅的反射谱。由于基底材料的带动作用 ,封装后的光纤光栅温度灵敏度为 76 .37× 10 - 6 /℃ ,是相应裸光纤布喇格光栅的 11. The temperature characteristic of the fiber Bragg grating fixed on a polymer substrate was studied .The wavelengths of reflected light from the fiber Bragg gratings were measured in the temperature range from 20 ℃ to 100 ℃.With driving effect of the polymer substrate, the temperature sensitivity of the fiber Bragg grating fixed on a polymer substrate is 76.37×10 -6 /℃ that is 11.3times as that of a bare fiber grating.
