摘要 通过力学性能对比试验 ,研究了层布式钢纤维和聚丙烯腈纤维的混杂应用对混凝土的力学性能的影响 ,结果表明 ,层布式钢纤维 -聚丙烯腈混杂纤维明显提高了混凝土的抗弯拉性能 。 Layered Steel Fiber Polyacrylonitrile Fiber Reinforced Concrete is a new kind of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete which can take full advantages of steel fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber. In this paper, the effect of layered steel fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber on mechanical properties of concrete is investigated by comparing tests on Layered Steel Fiber Polyacrylonitrile Fiber Reinforced Concrete with those on Plain Concrete, Polypropylene Fiber Reinforced Concrete. The testing result and analysis demonstrate that layered steel fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber can significantly improve the bending strength, ductility and toughness of concrete while the cost of layered hybrid fiber increases slightly.
