摘要
运用方差分析和模糊隶属法分析了在临猗、临汾、安泽旱地选种圃中选的30个F_2组合千粒重变异及其稳定性。结果表明,各组合千粒重的变异存在着真实遗传差异,各变异要素对F_2代千粒重变异影响程度为地点间>组合间>点内株间>组合×地点互作。稳定性隶属值可准确反映组合间千粒重的稳定性及其对胁迫生境的适应性。在F_2代对千粒重在组合间或组合内单株间选择均有效。
The variabilrty and stability of 1000 kernel weight in. 30 selected crosses in the F_2 generation under rainfed conditions was analysed at Linyi, Linfen and Anze, using variance analysis and subordinativc Fuzzy function, The results showed that the variability of 1000 kernel wcight among crosses possesed real genetic variation. The effects of variation factors on 1000 kernel weight in the F_2 generation were localitas>crosses>plants within one locality> cross×locality.The subordinative value of stability accurately represented the stability of 1000 kernel weight among crosses and the adaptability of a cross to pressure environment. Selecting 1000 kernel weight was effective among crosses and within crosses in the F_2 population.
