摘要
作者采用不结扎单侧输尿管、单纯膀胱内注射一定量 (10 6 /ml、10 8/m1)大肠杆菌OlllB4 的方法 ,成功制备了急性肾盂肾炎大鼠模型 ;并比较了与同期建立的单侧输尿管结扎模型的异同。研究结果发现 ,前种模型病理改变相对较轻 ,不会出现明显化脓灶 ,但急性肾盂炎症过程典型。后种模型均可产生单侧肾实质化脓性病变 ,以 10 8/ml组病变为重 ;常伴有肾小管毁损、并可有肾小球累及 ;10 6 /m1组化脓灶局限 ,未见有肾小球病变。同时 ,前种模型未显示有某一侧肾脏易感性 。
Experimental, ascending acute pyelonephritis was produced in mice by injecting 0.5 ml of l0 6/ml and 10 8/ml Escherichia coli O lll B 4 into the urinary bladder via the urethra with or without left ureter's ligation. Results of the research showed the pathological changs of kidneys were light and not purulent in the latter,and its pathological changs without any side preference too. The results also showed the two densities all could induce purulent pathological changs in ligated kidney and the changs of 10 8/ml was more serious, and could be accompanied by derogation of renal tubles and disorder of glomerules.
