摘要 介绍静电场探头测量电介质表面电荷的原理 ,并研制了一套在线测量真空中绝缘子表面电荷分布的测量系统 ,经校验和实用表明它线性特性很好 ,完全满足真空中绝缘子表面带电测量的要求 ,还能研究通常情况下绝缘材料 (器件 )的表面带电状况。 This paper describes the principle of electrostatic capacitive probe for the charge distribution measurement on the dielectric surface, and a measurement system has been developed for the surface charge measurement of the insulator in vacuum. The experimental results show that this measurement system has excellent learner performance, and it also can be used to measure the charge distribution of dielectric surface in normal condition.
