摘要
叙述了离子注入材料表面改性的特点和发展应用,阐述了离子注入材料表面改性的强化机理。大量研究表明,离子注入通过改变材料表面和界面的物理化学特性及微观结构,能够显著提高材料的抗磨损,抗疲劳,抗腐蚀,抗氧化特性。离子注入不仅可以提高材料表面性能,延长材料使用寿命,还可以节约贵金属资源,具有很好的经济效益和应用前景。
The characteristics,development and application of as well as the reinforcement mechanism of ion injection for material surface modification is described.Study proves the performance of wear-resistance,fatigue-resistance,and abrasion-resistance of material are greatly improved through ion injection as a result of the change of physical properties,chemical performance and microstructure of surface and interface of materials.The ion injection can not only improve the surface characteristics of materials and increase its service time,but also save the precious resource.Therefore,it enjoys a very good application prospect and can result in remarkable benefit.
