摘要
分析了统计技术的应用现状以及2000版ISO9000族标准中统计技术的主要特点，并针对目前在使用中存在的问题提出了相应的对策，以便更好地发挥统计技术在质量管理体系中的作用。
The present application situation of statistics and its main characteristics in ISO9000 of 2000 version are analyzed, the measures against the existing questions proposed to take full use of statistics in quality management system.
