摘要
讨论了杂质分拣系统的软件结构以及在烟草杂质分拣中的实际应用。首先讨论了一般分拣系统的组成,然后详细地分析了系统在烟草分拣工业中的应用,包括系统的模块结构、白平衡处理、阀门检测、颜色查询算法、通信同步等技术,最后讨论了软件的实现技术。
In this paper,we discuss software architecture of impurity sorting system and its application in taboco industry.Firstly,we describe components of a sorting system.Then,we analyse the application system,including modules of the system,color balance,checking, color query algorithm,communication synchronizing.Finally,we give some implementation techniques.
