视情维修决策软件的设计实现

摘要 视情维修根据设备的工龄和状态做出维修策略,需要处理分析大量的数据,应用计算机辅助软件可以提高工作效率。首先介绍了一种视情维修方法,然后介绍了国防科技大学系统工程研究所基于此方法设计开发的一套软件,包括总体框架、数据库结构、对象信息、运行界面和输出形式。 In Condition Based Maintenance(CBM),the maintenance policy is worked out according to the age and the condition of equipments,so plenty of data need to be deal with.A software will promote our work.In this paper,at first one method of CBM is surveyed,then one software based on this method which developed by System Engineering Institute of Nation University of Defence Technology is introduced in detail,including whole architecture,database structure,objects structure,running interface and output format.
