Output Stage Circuit Design of Digital-to-analog Converter with a CMOS Current-steering Structure

设计了一种应用于CMOS电流舵结构D/A转换器的输出级电路 ,对输出级电路中的OTA电路和偏置电路做了理论分析和计算 ,并给出了部分仿真结果。而且 ,各部分电路匹配良好 ,提高了整个DAC的性能。

An output stage circuit applied in the digital-to-analog converter with current-steering is designed.In the paper,an OTA circuit and its bias circuit in the output stage circuit are analysed and calculated.In addition,some of the simulation results are presented.As a result,the output stage circuit improves the performance of the whole DAC.
