摘要
本文对中国电信原 112电话故障受理中心、180投诉中心、189业务受理中心传统运行方式进行了分析 ,介绍了利用中国电信新推出的固网短信息业务 ,开发、实现综合互动业务短信平台的基本思路和实现途径。
This paper analyzes the traditional operation manner of the 112 telephone fault transaction center,180 appeal center and 189 service transaction center.We introduce the basic idea and realization approach to develop and realize the integrated operation platform that utilizes the local telephone short message service newly presented by China Telecom.
