癫痫患者的认知功能状况及其影响因素分析

Analysis of cognitive function status and its related factors in patients with epilepsy

目的 了解癫痫患者的认知功能状况及其影响因素。方法 使用瑞文标准推理测验 (SPM )对 5 1名癫痫患者进行认知功能测定 ,并对其影响因素做逐步回归分析。结果 成人癫痫患者组智力缺陷者占 33.3% ,儿童癫痫患者组智力缺陷者占 2 5 .9% ,其分布与正常对照组相比差异具有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。对分测验进一步分析 ,癫痫患者B、E分量表得分显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。癫痫患者的认知功能状况与起病年龄、发作持续时间显著相关。结论 本次研究发现 ,约 30 %的癫痫患者有认知功能缺陷 ,在有认知功能缺陷的患者中 。

Objective To observe the cognitive function of epileptic patients and the factors that affect it. Methods The cognitive function of 51 epileptic patients was evaluated by means of Raven' s Standard Progressive Matrices SPM, and the related factors explored by progressive regression analysis. Results In the adults group, about 33.3% patients had cognitive deficits, and that is 25.9% in the children group, which is significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.01). For patients with cognitive deficits, their scores of analog, analytic and abstract abilities were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05). The factors related to the cognitive function of epileptic patients were the age of the patient, the onset of illness, and the duration of seizures. Conclusion About 30% of the epileptic patients had cognitive function deficit. Among them, the ability of analog, analysis and abstract were the mostly affected.
