The Auto matic Control of Jigging Air-valve Based on Expert System

本文提出基于专家系统的跳汰机风阀自动控制方案,对风阀参数进行闭环控制。专家系统根据知识库中的专家知识,对水位传感器和γ射线辐射探测器检测的数据进行计算、推理以及判决,对风阀参数进行适当的调整,以达到最佳的控制效果。

In this article,an automatic control method of the jigging air-valve based on the Expert System is presented,which carries on a closed loop control of the air-valve parameters.According to the Expert Knowl-edge in the knowledge base,the Expert System calculates,deduces and decides the data checked from the water-level sensor and theγ-ray radiation detector and appropriately adjust the air-valve parameters to get the best control effect.
