摘要
目的 观察高频稳态噪声对心血管系统的影响。方法 测量噪声作业女工的血压、心率、心律、QRS间期、ST段改变、Q T间期等参数。结果 工龄小于 15年的噪声组窦性心动过速、窦性心律不齐、束支传导阻滞与对照组比较差异有显著性 ,血压升高及其他心电图参数变化不明显 ;工龄大于和等于 15年噪声组窦性心动过缓 ,血压升高、QRS时间延长、ST段改变、Q T间期延长、左心室高电压与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 接触高频稳态噪声可对心血管系统产生不良影响 。
Objective To study the effects of high frequency steady noise on cardiovascular system. Methods To measure the changes of blood pressure, heart rate and parameters of electrocardiogram (ECG), for example, QRS interval, ST segment change, Q T interval, etc. Results In those workers with work age below fifteen years, sinus tachycardia, sinus irregularity and bundle branch block of noise exposure group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0 05), while in the workers with work age equal to and above fifteen years, the parameters of ECG, such as sinus bradycardia, QRS interval, ST segment changes, Q T interval etc., in exposed group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0 05). Conclusion Cardiovascular system might be affected with exposure to high frequency steady noise. Range and level of cardiovascular system changes appeared to be related with time of noise exposure.
