The Dolphinarium in Shanghai Peace Park is for example, this paper introduces the membrane structure' s design and analysis as well as relevant parameters, including form-finding analysis and internal force analysis. The effects of initial stress value and all kind of loads on the structure are discussed emphatically. Membrane's cutting pattern and joint design are provided too. This may be reference to design and study of other membrane structure.
