摘要
为改善一级燃料箱后底环缝的错位变形 ,提高产品质量 ,分析探讨了环缝错位变形的形成机理 ,从装配和焊接两个方面 ,提出了相应的工艺措施 ,并在生产中得到了验证 。
In order to reduce the staggered joint and improve the quality of rear bottom of the first level fuel tank, the mechanism of the misplacement of circumferential welding and measure are brought forward on the assemble and welding process. It indicates that the quality of the circumferential misplacement of the rear bottom could be improved obviously after application the process in production.
