摘要
研究了细枝赤齿藓(Grythrodontiumleptothallum)的水分吸收动力学。结果表明,它能吸收其干重17.32倍的水分,动力学曲线为一条饱和曲线,总吸水过程的表观Km值和表观Vmax值分别为32.36g和15.72g/gDW·min。该吸水过程可分离为外吸水和内吸水,其相对应的表观Km值和表观Vmax值分别为29.58g、12.57g/gDW·min和53.78g、3.33g/gDW·min。
The water absorption procedure of Grythrodontium leptothallum was studied. The results showed that the plant can absorb 17.32 times of water content of its dry weight. The absorption procedure can be described as a saturable dynamic curve which can be divided into outer water absorption are 32.36g and 15.72g/g DW·min, 29.58g and 12.57 g/g DW·min, and 53.78g and 3.33g/g DW·min.
