PCR in 16SrDNA of Coleoptera coccinellidae

提取酒精浸泡六斑月瓢虫标本的DNA,探讨酒精浸泡鞘翅目瓢虫科昆虫标本的核酸的提取方法,对提取得到的核酸进行PCR扩增,得到500bp大小的16SrDNA片段,确定这一方法提取的核酸进行PCR反应时的循环参数。

The DNA of the alcohol-soaked Coleoptera coccinellidae specimen was abstracted. 16SrDNA fragment, which is about 500bp,is amplified using PCR.This experiment focuses on the nucleic acid abstraction method of the alcohol-soaked Coleoptera coccinellidae specimen and the determination of the cycle parameter in the PCR.The experiment results in coccinellidae are satisfactory as expected and offer some reference for the research of molecule systematic research.
