摘要
:在实验的基础上,研究了填料粒子外形对泡沫铝合金的孔隙结构的影响。填料粒子外形的不规则形状及其力学特性使得渗流工艺制作的泡沫铝合金的孔隙率不能有效提高。通过采用不同的工艺措施可使粒子外形得以改善,从而使泡沫铝合金的孔隙结构得到较大提高。
Based on the experiments, the influence of filler particles shape on foamed Al-alloy was studied in this paper. The porosity of foamed Al-alloy using infiltration casting could not be effectively increased because of the irregular form and mechanics properties of filler particles. In this paper, some methods were adopted to improve the shape of filler particles, which could greatly raise the porosity of foamed Al-alloy.
