连铸圆管坯的质量及其控制(下)

Quality and Quality Control of ContinuousCast Round as Tube Stock (Part Ⅱ)

目前我国尚无连铸圆管坯的国家标准或行业标准,各企业只执行自行制订的技术条件。根据试验和理论分析,建议在连铸圆管坯技术条件中增加有关表层细晶区、柱状晶区和等轴晶区厚度比例及芯部状态等内容,并提出了相应的控制方法;鉴于连铸圆管坯质量的重要性,建议尽快制订国家标准。

Up to now there has been neither national standard nor the industrial standard as set for the continuous cast round as tube stock, and the manufacturers can only follow their own company technical criteria. Based on relevant testing and theoretical analyses, it is proposed that additional contents be put into the technical requirements for the said CC round involving such aspects as the surface fine grain area, the columnar grain area, thickness proportion of the equiaxed grain area and state of the core. Also proposed are the relevant control methods. Considering the importance of quality of the CC round as tube stock, it is hoped to work out a national standard for this field as soon as possible.
