连铸机大包回转台异常声响原因分析与处理

攀钢集团成都钢铁有限责任公司的四流连铸机大包回转台由国外设计、国内制造,安装调试和试车顺利,使用效果良好。但热试月余,发现大包回转台支臂升降时会发生严重的异常声响,经过检查及分析计算,找出了连铸机大包回转台支臂升降产生异常声响的原因,介绍了消除异常声响的处理方法和结果。

The ladle turret of the 4-strand continuous casting machine was locally manufactured with the design made by a foreign company, and was successfully installed, commissioned and test run. However, just one month after the hot test of the caster, some serious abnormal noise occurred with the ladle turret support arm during lifting /lowering operation. Based on relevant check, analysis and computation, cause for the said noise was identified, and countermoves were taken, having a good result.
